Team Ripcor is a cycle club like no other.
Formed in 2006, membership is exclusively limited to lovers of coffee, cake, chips and cycling, who share a serious ability to laugh at each other and more importantly themselves.
We ride socially. We race occasionally. We buy really expensive cycling kit constantly. Most importantly, however, we raise money for The PACE Centre a school for children with motor disorders such as Cerebral Palsy. To date we have collectively cycled over 60,000 miles and helped raise in excess of £650,000 for them.
We currently have over 100 members from as far a field as USA, Ireland and Bracknell, have made an award winning movie: Ripcor – Riding with MAMILs, have appeared on the Bike Channel’s TV series The Club with Ned Boulting, are a British Cycling affiliated club and celebrated our 10th anniversary in 2016 by riding from Ascot to Paris raising a further £57,000 for PACE in the process.
In 2017, we supported PACE by taking part in the Prague to Budapest ride, while Chris Hall rode 107km everyday for 107 days, we also added all our beer and cake left-over kitty money to donate another £30,000 to our favourite charity.
